This program is centered on standing Qigong practice,
with a focus on nourishing and stabilizing the back and lumbar region.
Through gentle, structured standing movements combined with breath guidance and body awareness,
the practice supports healthy circulation,
helps release long-held tension,
and restores natural support and coordination throughout the spine.
The training is safe, sustainable, and non-strenuous,
without forcing or extreme stretching.
Practice 5–15 minutes daily for 21 days
to help the back and lower spine return to a balanced, functional, and resilient state.
